Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized professional to take on the role of Meeting Minutes Coordinator.

This position entails the precise documentation and recording of minutes during meetings and significant discussions.

The Meeting Minutes Coordinator is essential in ensuring that all conversations and resolutions are accurately noted, thereby promoting effective communication and follow-up actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings and produce clear and concise minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas along with relevant documents.
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system for meeting records.
  • Review and edit meeting minutes for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that action items and deadlines are documented and monitored.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team as required, including scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and managing calendars.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding meeting documentation and communication.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a knack for accurately capturing meeting discussions.
  • Proficient in utilizing various digital tools and software for recording and organizing meeting minutes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to attend meetings outside of standard working hours, if necessary.
  • Prior experience in minute taking or a similar role is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Hours Per Week: 37.00

Pay Rate: £12.08 per hour
