Position Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to join Livewell Southwest as an Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be engaged in a dynamic work environment, providing essential administrative support for various teams within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator will:
- Deliver proficient secretarial and administrative assistance, ensuring a client-centered approach that fosters positive relationships.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining records, taking minutes, data entry, and reception duties.
- Type confidential documents and reports, which may include sensitive information, as required to support service needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to operate independently.
- Oversee the daily supervision and management of junior staff when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong typing skills, with RSA II typing or equivalent qualifications.
- Significant experience in an administrative capacity, utilizing computerized data systems.
- Experience in supervising staff members.
Skills and Competencies
The candidate should demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- The capability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
