We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator for the Lumbar Spine Pathway. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of the pathway.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Lumbar Spine Pathway team, including typing, data entry, and management of appointments and waiting lists.
- Coordinate the speciality waiting lists and adhere to the Waiting List Policy.
- Arrange appointments and clinics using Choose and Book and iPM Waiting list management system.
- Support the Electronic Service Platform (ESP) in all systems relating to the pathway.
- Manage the waiting list for Lumbar Spine Pathway, taking appropriate action if deviations occur.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous demonstrable experience in administrative and secretarial roles.
- Demonstrable recent audio and copy typing experience.
- Previous demonstrable experience of appointment systems and waiting list policy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work calmly and methodically in a busy working environment with a busy and varied workload.
