About the Role

Livewell Southwest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including electronic and hard copy files.
  • Support the management team in ensuring that internal and external communication systems are in place.
  • Ensure that all complaints, compliments, concerns, comments, and suggestions are appropriately recorded and resolved.
  • Maximize the use of electronic systems to enable effective management of our services.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and record management policies and procedures.
  • Be proactive and contribute ideas for improvement in the way our services are delivered.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing work within defined policies and procedures to set timescales.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience of working in an administrative environment using computerized data systems.
  • Experience of supervising other staff members.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues/staff.
