This essential position will play a key role in cultivating corporate and group bookings, boosting revenue, and solidifying our status as a leading destination for events and dining.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Management:

Design, organize, and implement a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, business seminars, and private celebrations. This encompasses overseeing all logistical components, such as venue arrangements, catering services, audiovisual setups, and entertainment options.


Sales Development:

Actively seek and develop sales opportunities for both individual and corporate clients. This includes establishing strong client relationships, understanding their requirements, crafting customized proposals, and negotiating agreements.


Client Engagement:

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the event process, ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded. This involves maintaining consistent communication, promptly addressing any issues, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Demonstrated Experience:

Proven track record in event management and sales within the hospitality sector, with a focus on corporate and group events.


  • Exceptional Communication Skills

Interpersonal Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients, guests, and team members.


  • Organizational Skills

Time Management:

Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to think creatively and make informed decisions under pressure.
