We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality & Event Specialist to join our team at Innectis Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for generating corporate and group bookings, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our reputation as a premier event and dining destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualise, plan, and execute a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences and business meetings to private celebrations and social gatherings. This includes managing all logistical aspects, such as venue setup, catering arrangements, audiovisual requirements, and entertainment.
- Sales: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-business. This involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event lifecycle, ensuring that all client expectations are exceeded. This involves maintaining regular communication, addressing any concerns promptly, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in event planning and sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on corporate and group bookings.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, guests, and colleagues.
- Organisational & Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills: Resourcefulness and initiative to overcome challenges and make sound decisions under pressure.
