Join Pertemps TM as a dedicated Hospitality and Events Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in our esteemed venue.

This key position is essential for fostering corporate and group bookings, enhancing revenue, and solidifying our status as a leading event and dining location.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Management:

Design, organise, and implement a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, business seminars, and private parties. This encompasses overseeing all logistical components, such as venue arrangements, catering services, technical support, and entertainment options.


Sales Development:

Actively seek and engage sales prospects, targeting both individual consumers and businesses. This includes cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their requirements, crafting customised proposals, and negotiating agreements.


Client Engagement:

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the event process, ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. This involves maintaining consistent communication, promptly addressing any issues, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Skills:

Demonstrated Experience:

Proven track record in event coordination and sales within the hospitality sector, with a focus on corporate and group events.


  • Excellent Communication &

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with clients, guests, and team members.


  • Effective Organisational &

Time Management Skills:

Capable of prioritising tasks, managing several projects at once, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Analytical & Decision-Making Skills:

Ability to think critically and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
