About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Hospitality Event Specialist to join our team at Innectis Ltd. This pivotal role will be instrumental in generating corporate and group bookings, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our reputation as a premier event and dining destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences and business meetings to private celebrations and social gatherings.
- Manage all logistical aspects, such as venue setup, catering arrangements, audiovisual requirements, and entertainment.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event lifecycle, ensuring that all client expectations are exceeded.
- Demonstrated success in event planning and sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on corporate and group bookings.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
