About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality and Event Specialist to join our team at Innectis Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and business meetings to private celebrations and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, managing all logistical aspects, including venue setup, catering arrangements, audiovisual requirements, and entertainment.
  • Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring that all client expectations are exceeded, maintaining regular communication, addressing any concerns promptly, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in event planning and sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on corporate and group bookings.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Resourcefulness and initiative to overcome challenges and make sound decisions under pressure.
