About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and IT proficient Corporate Services Administration Assistant to join our team at Loreburn Housing Association. This role will play a key part in the efficient delivery of administrative and support activities within the People & Culture team, while also contributing to the wider Corporate Services functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including managing changing priorities and working effectively in a remote workforce.
  • Contribute to the wider Corporate Services functions, including communications, health and safety, and governance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to support the delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Highly organized and IT proficient, with excellent time management skills and the ability to plan tasks and projects.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Experience in a similar HR-related role, with knowledge of the housing sector and/or HR.
  • Admin experience and IT skills across a range of packages, particularly Microsoft.
  • Ability to work from home in a suitable space, with access to broadband and a driving license.
