Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager

PepsiCo UK is a leading food and beverage company with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Coventry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual safety strategies and targets for the site.
  • Manage the site's HSE management system to ensure compliance with PepsiCo Global standards.
  • Provide support and coaching to functional teams to ensure compliance with current legislation and site standards.
  • Critical role in change management projects to ensure safe execution and risk reduction.
  • Drive a safety culture through effective communications and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Recognised safety qualification - ideally IOSH/NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of legal/working requirements of Health & Safety at Work, ISO 14001, ISO 45000.
  • Capable and experienced people leader with influencing, motivating and coaching skills.
  • High drive for results and ability to deliver the Health, Safety & Environmental agenda.
