Hospitality Support Specialist | Spire Healthcare | Permanent | Edinburgh | Experience in customer service preferred

Spire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Support Specialist to enhance our exceptional team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold superior cleanliness standards throughout the facility in accordance with housekeeping and infection prevention protocols. Execute cleaning schedules pertinent to the shift, ensuring rooms are prepared for immediate occupancy and communal areas are maintained. Maintain close communication with the Senior Housekeeper to promptly address any housekeeping concerns. Collaborate effectively with clinical staff, recognizing the unique requirements of the facility on a daily basis. Oversee the routine upkeep of provided equipment, identifying faults and supply deficiencies, and reporting them to the line manager. Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH compliance. Follow guidelines for moving and handling as outlined in corporate and local policies and discussed during mandatory training sessions. Ensure quality assurance and patient confidentiality are upheld at all times. Attend to any ad-hoc requests from patients to guarantee their comfort during their stay.

Ideal Candidate:

A strong focus on customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to complete mandatory training in COSHH, Manual Handling, Infection Control, and Health & Safety.
