About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees, designing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to shape the IT function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • Design and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective IT operations.
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to shape the IT function and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with 3rd-party IT suppliers to ensure seamless IT support and hardware delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of core Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, and IT security packages.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a 1st & 2nd line IT Support role.
  • Working exposure to supporting MS Teams within a larger business.
  • Knowledge of server maintenance and/or network management.

As an IT Support Specialist at Michael Page Technology, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a host of further benefits, including flexible working and occasional travel to other sites.
