About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to elevate our recruitment business.

Our client is a well-respected and collaborative recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting, focusing on both permanent and freelance placements across various levels.

The ideal candidate will be a B2B marketing expert, responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse channels to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation for our consultants.

This position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all organic social media initiatives at the company level.
  • Lead the organization of in-person events tailored to specific target markets.
  • Enhance the brand's positioning to attract a more senior clientele, supporting their expansion into executive search and interim recruitment.
  • Develop marketing materials to assist consultants in their business development efforts.
  • Provide insights on SEO, Google advertising, and data collection strategies.
  • Formulate and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and produce video content, thought leadership pieces, and industry updates at both company and consultant levels.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within recruitment or professional services.
  • Proficient in technology, with familiarity in platforms such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive the marketing and sales strategy throughout the organization.
  • Possess a creative mindset, capable of transforming brand guidelines into distinctive templates and content.
