We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Children's Deputy Care Manager at Home Instead 461. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in healthcare management and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to children in a variety of settings.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in children and young people working towards Level 5.
  • Experience working in a childcare environment.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • DBS child and adult.
  • Experience working within the guidelines of the CQC and OFSTED regarding policies and procedures.
