Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users.

About the Role:

This is a 24-hour on-the-floor role with 16 hours supernumerary. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support
  • Ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and support
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure that they are implemented effectively
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a Deputy Manager role, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and be available on a 24-hour basis
