Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
