Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that our service users' needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the Registered Manager
  • Ensure that our service users' needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in a Deputy Manager role in a social care setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
