As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of staff to support the Care Home Manager in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage a team of staff to support the Care Home Manager in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
* Continuously assess the needs and wishes of our residents and develop the service to enhance their quality of life.
* Positively influence the reputation of the care home by communicating professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and other external stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
* NVQ or QCF Level 3 Health and Social or working towards, Deputy Manager or extensive experience as a senior carer or team leader.
* Excellent ability to build lasting relationships.
* Ability to act sensitively and confidentially.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to work on own initiative.
* Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service.
* Record in achieving results through people.
