Located in a thriving community, the home benefits from a direct bus route into the city centre.

About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll support the Home Manager with the management of the home. This includes rota planning, employee recruitment, and training, ensuring the needs of our residents are recognised, assessed, and met.

You'll also monitor and manage individual employee performance to ensure standards are upheld, addressing any issues as they arise.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and driven Deputy Home Manager, with a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and previous management experience in elderly care.

You'll have excellent communication skills and be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care.
