About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Ermine House, a residential care home in Lincoln. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the management of the home, including rota planning, employee recruitment and induction, and monitoring and managing individual employee performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that the needs of our residents are recognised, assessed, and met.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of care and support, ensuring that our residents receive a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that our residents receive a seamless and high-quality service.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who has a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and previous management experience in a residential care setting. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities effectively, and be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care.
