Accelerate Growth and Improve Seller Experience

As a key member of our Amazon team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Selling Partner 360 programme. This programme aims to accelerate long-term growth, improve Seller Experience (SX), and enhance Customer Experience (CX) by providing dedicated account managers to offer tailored strategies and problem-solving support to our sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal account management teams to onboard Selling Partners to the Selling Partner 360 programme.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and forecast quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Manage multiple opportunities concurrently and engage with sellers via phone calls.
Requirements
  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Fluency in German and English.
  3. Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  4. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach.
  5. Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
  6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  7. Experience in presenting services to a broad audience.
  8. Customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Sales/Partner Management experience.
  2. Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  3. Experience in eCommerce.
  4. Effective communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills.
