About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our EU Expansion team at Amazon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing relationships with Polish online sellers on Amazon's store, helping them expand and grow their businesses in Poland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit and manage a portfolio of sellers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
  2. Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth, identifying new opportunities and leveraging Amazon's products and services to support seller success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and onboarding, to drive new product launches and relationship extensions.
  4. Work closely with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, providing guidance and support to ensure a great consumer experience.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with sellers and driving revenue growth.
  6. Track and report performance metrics, ensuring productivity and seller satisfaction targets are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English and Polish language skills (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor's degree and +2 years of relevant working experience
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media is highly desirable, as is experience in account management, marketing, buying, or customer service delivery.
