About the Role:

This Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and recruiting Korean Sellers of all sizes in the Beauty industry to accelerate their business growth in the US Marketplace. The primary responsibility of this individual will be to build relationships with prospective accounts, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and connect with potential Brands in the Beauty industry, providing guidance on growing as Amazon sellers.
  2. Analyze customer purchasing data and market trend data to make recommendations to Sellers about new product opportunities.
  3. Closely manage Sellers based on a clear understanding of Selling on Amazon product features and functionalities, driving their performance.
  4. Connect Sellers with multiple stakeholders in the Beauty industry to initiate new product development.
  5. Meet or exceed goals and operational metrics by strategically managing numerous opportunities concurrently.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
