Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our Property Industry Recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a region within our Land & New Homes Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve site sales targets and maximize potential buyers for our clients.
  • Liaise between developers and estate agency branches to drive business growth and ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of the property sales process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and estate agents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in land and new homes site sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the property sales process and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
