About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Sales Professional to join our team at Barchester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our care home services and increasing occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Barchester and our care home in a professional and friendly manner
- Responsible for all sales activity for the home, including generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities
- Talking to potential new residents over the phone and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
- Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
- Respond to sales enquiries and maintain a contacts database
Requirements:
- Track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present to individuals and groups
- Experience building relationships within a local community
- Full UK driving licence
