Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Construction department at Bradford College.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and adaptable individual to provide administrative support across the team and college.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to the Construction department and its stakeholders, ensuring a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Administrative Support: Support the department in providing administrative services across all areas of the College, including staff and student records, and the recruitment process.
  • Query Management: Respond to general queries received by the Construction & Engineering department in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Provide a first-class experience when responding to parents and carers, ensuring a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update at-risk registers to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • College Induction: Support the College Induction process, ensuring it is current and delivered to all new employees.
  • Recruitment Support: Create shortlisting packs and assist with arranging interviews.
  • Training and Attendance: Ensure all training sessions and attendance are logged on the LMS and relay this information to the relevant manager.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Produce correspondence to staff and provide relevant documentation to support key processes.
  • Record Management: Manage and update Fee Waiver Trackers, cross-college Departmental Training Plans, and induction records accurately.
