About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator/Reception Services Manager at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our new reception area.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception, including administrative tasks, communication, and coordination with various teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and clinicians to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet, to perform administrative duties efficiently.
  • Prioritize workload, manage own time, and adapt to changing circumstances to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Previous experience in a research or reception environment is desirable.
  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English, and confident IT skills, including good word processing.
