We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Rotherwood Teachers. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating spreadsheets, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, using tools such as Excel and Word.
  5. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, using strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
