Administrative Support Specialist for Psychologists

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to a team of psychologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a team of psychologists with their administrative duties, including medico-legal reports
- Operate a database system to manage client information and correspondence
- Review and respond to letters from instructing parties, solicitors, and medico-legal agencies
- Send appointment letters and documentation to clients and instructing parties
- Prepare and upload expert clinics onto a cloud-based system
- Send reports and invoices to solicitors and agencies
- Process daily correspondence and respond to emails within 24 hours
- Answer phone calls from clients, solicitors, agencies, and experts
- Liaise directly with team leaders and ensure compliance with data protection laws
- Use agency online portals and perform other duties as requested by the manager and assistant manager
Requirements:
- Previous office experience or a graduate with a strong work ethic
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Hours and Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Salary: £24,043 per annum, plus 20 days holiday, bank holidays, and a gifted Christmas close-down.
