Administrative Support Role for Psychologists

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to a team of psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of psychologists with their administrative duties, including medico-legal reports
  • Operate a database system to manage client information and correspondence
  • Review and respond to letters from instructing parties, solicitors, and medico-legal agencies
  • Send appointment letters and documentation to clients and instructing parties
  • Prepare and upload expert clinics onto a cloud-based system
  • Send reports and invoices to solicitors and agencies
  • Process daily correspondence and respond to emails within 24 hours
  • Answer phone calls from clients, solicitors, agencies, and experts
  • Liaise directly with team leaders and ensure compliance with data protection laws
  • Use agency online portals and perform other duties as requested by the manager and assistant manager

Requirements:

  • Previous office experience or a graduate with a strong work ethic
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Salary: £24,043 per annum, plus 20 days holiday, bank holidays, and a gifted Christmas close-down.
