Administrative Support Specialist for Psychologists

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd as an administrative support specialist for a team of psychologists.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of psychologists, ensuring the smooth operation of our medico-legal reports and database system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a team of psychologists with their administration duties concerning medico-legal reports
- Operating our database system to ensure accurate and efficient data management
- Understanding and processing content of letters from instructing parties, solicitors, and medico-legal agencies
- Sending appointment letters to clients and emailing documentation to instructing parties
- Preparing and uploading experts' clinics onto the cloud
- Sending reports and invoices to solicitors and agencies
- Completing all correspondence received in the post on a daily basis
- Providing 24-hour turnaround time for emails and answering phone calls from clients, solicitors, agencies, and experts
- Liaising directly with Team Leaders and ensuring compliance with data protection laws
- Understanding and using agency online portals
- Performing other duties as requested by the Manager and Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Some office experience, ideally in an administrative role
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours and Salary:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary of £24,043 per annum, plus 20 days holiday and bank holidays, and a gifted Christmas close-down.
