About the Company:

Pareto is a premium manufacturer and distributor of Electrical Engineering materials, with a turnover in excess of £7.5 million. We're entering an exciting new phase of growth, and as part of that growth, we're looking for a Graduate to come in as a Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking an excellent relationship builder, money motivated, and looking to launch a lucrative career. As a Business Development Manager, you'll gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering, and the market they operate within, to have valuable conversations with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly present the company offering, service, values, products, and projects to prospects and inspire them to partner with the business
  • Visit client sites regularly, so that the company remains front of mind with clients
  • Accurately navigate the company's CRM, Hubspot, when managing leads and tracking interactions
  • Liaise closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outbound strategy and lead generation
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns effectively to acquire new clients

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Proficiency in navigating CRMs, Hubspot would be ideal
  • Inquisitive, goal-oriented, with an innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively
  • Resilient and highly organized
