Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal support to our stakeholders, working on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to our stakeholders on commercial projects, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital initiatives.
  • Work on initiatives for the wholesale supply of services to Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) and other business/enterprise users, corporate, commercial, and finance arrangements.
  • Manage contracts in life, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes, using an innovative and pragmatic approach to resolve legal complexities.

Requirements

  • UK Qualified Lawyer/Solicitor with a minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in commercial and technology law, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
  • Specialized knowledge of technology infrastructure and software and hardware agreements.
  • Strong experience with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master service agreements (MSAs), outsourced agreements, and contracts.
  • Excellent advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels.
