Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic legal support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to our commercial teams on a wide range of matters, including technology infrastructure, software and hardware agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Work closely with our procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure that our business outcomes are delivered.
  • Manage complex projects and initiatives, including the wholesale supply of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise users, corporate, commercial, and finance arrangements.
  • Develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions to resolve legal complexities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in a major law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong commercial and technology law expertise, with a focus on software, hardware, SAAS, PAAS, and IAS models.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
