KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are seeking a Senior Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of our Commercial, Data, and Technology Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team providing commercial and regulatory driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess problems from multiple angles to ensure comprehensive commercial law advice for our clients.
  • Work collaboratively to devise and drive forward creative legal solutions for clients.
  • Advising clients on the legal aspects of changes to their business models or value chain.
  • Supporting clients with the legal implementation of their transformation programs.
  • Helping clients protect against value leakage by putting in place appropriate contracts.

Requirements:

  • A commercial lawyer with experience in advising on commercial legal issues and agreements.
  • Experience in contractual drafting and negotiation, including consumer rights, supply of goods and services, manufacturing, distribution, and agency.
  • Understanding of tax issues, such as transfer pricing and VAT.
  • Experience in supporting significant operational and business transformation projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 7 years PQE.
  • Keen to develop and broaden legal skills to include working on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • A self-starter and strong performer with excellent client relationship and business development skills.
