Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to our stakeholders on commercial projects, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital initiatives.
  • Work on initiatives for the wholesale supply of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise users, corporate, commercial, and finance arrangements.
  • Manage contracts in life, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and resolve legal complexities.

Requirements

  • UK Qualified Lawyer/Solicitor with a minimum of 6-8 years PQE and legal training and experience in a major law firm.
  • Broad commercial/technology experience with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Constructive and consultative team player with good communication skills and the ability to influence people at all levels.
