Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Review of Commercial Agreements: The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing technology, procurement, and supplier agreements.
  • Negotiation of Complex Contracts: The candidate will negotiate complex, high-value B2B contracts and provide expert advice on related legal matters.
  • Advising on Commercial Matters: The Commercial Lawyer will advise on commercial matters related to the business, working closely with the wider legal team and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting Business Operations: The candidate will support on a range of business-as-usual (BAU) and project-based work.

Requirements:

  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a guide, with experience gained in a similar capacity in a B2B tech, telco environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical experience in commercial contract drafting is essential, as is the ability to manage your own workload as part of a busy team.
