Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal support to our stakeholders, working on major commercial projects, and managing complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to our stakeholders on commercial projects, including technology infrastructure, software, and hardware agreements.
  • Manage and negotiate complex contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and outsourced agreements.
  • Work closely with our procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve legal complexities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our commercial and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • UK Qualified Lawyer/Solicitor with a minimum of 6-8 years of PQE and legal training experience in a major law firm.
  • Strong commercial and technology experience, with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Specialized knowledge of technology infrastructure and software and hardware agreements.
  • Excellent advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
