About the Role

Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Sales Advisor to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our beauty department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering personalized advice, and creating a luxurious shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products to customers.
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations and consultations to showcase the benefits of our beauty products.
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect products.
  • Assist in creating visually stunning beauty displays that attract customers and highlight key products.
  • Ensure the beauty area is well-stocked, organized, and that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Beauty enthusiast with a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
