Key Responsibilities:

* Provide an exceptional 1-2-1 service to customers
* Engage with customers from initial enquiry to delivery of the product
* Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers, bringing a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity
* Offer guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
* Provide a consultative service to customers
* Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a consultative retail environment, such as sales showrooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, retail sales, automotive, or jewellery backgrounds
* Ability to work in a consultative and professional manner at all times
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
