Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional 1-2-1 service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to delivery of the product.
  • Design and deliver premium kitchens and bathrooms, bringing a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
  • Offer expert guidance and advice on the latest products and designs, providing a consultative service to customers.
  • Visit customers in their homes for consultations and measurements, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Achieve sales and service targets, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Experience in a consultative retail environment, such as sales showrooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, retail sales, automotive, or jewellery backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a high-end store with an amazing range of products, designing premium kitchens and bathrooms for customers.
  • Natural inquisitiveness and ability to fully explore the needs of customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
