Position Overview:
This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to our flourishing bespoke kitchen division.

Operating from our sophisticated showrooms and extending to personalized client consultations, you will craft and sell customized kitchen solutions.

With access to our advanced systems, comprehensive training, and effective marketing strategies, you will provide a tailored design experience that exceeds client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized kitchen designs that reflect the client's lifestyle and aesthetic desires.
  • Deliver a consultative sales experience in both our showrooms and client residences.
  • Utilize our advanced systems and training to develop unique designs that set us apart in the luxury sector.
  • Collaborate closely with our Head Office, operations, and client service teams to ensure a seamless transition from design to installation.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring all design and functionality needs are met with the highest standards.

We offer a competitive earning potential, with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from £65k to £100k, based on your commitment and sales performance.


Compensation Package:
  • A base salary of £24,130, complemented by a commission structure that rewards exceptional performance, with a realistic OTE of £80k.
  • A comprehensive toolkit, including samples and a company iPad, to support your sales efforts.
  • Extensive product training and opportunities for continuous professional growth.

  • A passion for design and a proven sales record, ideally within the luxury interiors or bespoke kitchen sector.
  • Strong self-management and technical abilities, with a readiness to learn and adapt to emerging design trends.
