We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as electronic communications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and schedules, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and clients.
- Process card payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
- Apply GDPR regulations and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Provide administrative support to departments, including opening and closing electronic cases, scanning documents, and requesting archived files.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or administrative role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic calendars.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
