Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Ambleside store team as a Store Crew Member. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers, and upholding the FatFace brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Serve Customers: Welcome and thank customers, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products to provide helpful advice and recommendations.
  • Efficient Service: Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and effectively.
  • Stock Management: Assist with processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and maintaining a tidy store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, support floor moves, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Uphold FatFace policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.
