We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Weird Fish franchise store in Ambleside. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store pricing and stock control to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
