Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and thanking customers, and wishing them a fond farewell in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs, both in-store and online.
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and attentively at the tills.
  • Process deliveries and help get new stock onto the shop floor.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches.
  • Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Confidence in taking the initiative and working independently at times.
  • Team player with great time management skills.
