Job Title: Ambleside Store Crew

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Ambleside store team as a Store Crew member. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and thanking customers, and wishing them a fond farewell in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs, both in-store and online.
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and attentively at the tills.
  • Process deliveries and help to get new stock onto the shop floor.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including GDPR guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction at times.
  • Team player with great time management skills.
