Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Consultant to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in leading our phishing campaigns and developing effective security communications and awareness programs.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to influence a cultural change in security practices and make a significant impact on our organization. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and disseminating educational content on phishing awareness to our employees
- Enhancing information security understanding through targeted communication efforts
- Identifying and addressing human behavior risks to minimize security incidents
- Fostering collaborative relationships with key business units for integrated delivery
- Promoting ongoing enhancement of security communication strategies
- Establishing innovative collaboration methods within the information security sphere
- Translating technical change requirements into accessible language for all staff levels
- Advocating for solutions that align with employee needs and risk management standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A foundational understanding and enthusiasm for Information Security
- Experience implementing effective communication strategies and plans
- Experience delivering impactful multi-channel communications
- Risk and issue management, collaboration, and driving activities for optimal results
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with policies
- Proficiency in using various systems and data navigation
