We are actively seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and seasoned educators to provide coverage in Primary Schools throughout East Lancashire for short to medium-term vacancies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in various educational settings.

To qualify for supply teaching roles through Teaching Personnel, you should:

  • Exhibit confidence in teaching across the entire primary spectrum.
  • Be able to commute easily to various primary schools in East Lancashire.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism while representing yourself and Teaching Personnel.
  • Be a dedicated educator who showcases 'outstanding' teaching practices.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for permanent placement in some cases.
