Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Class Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners aged 4 to 11 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a range of subjects to students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and SLT
- Manage Teaching Assistants effectively to support student learning
- Immerse yourself in the school community, promoting our ethos and building relationships with children, staff, and families
- Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and Safeguarding practices
Requirements:
- Qualified Class Teacher with experience in Primary Schools
- Strong behaviour management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with Teaching Assistants and other staff members
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
